Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi ultimo entrenamiento de básicos, me tocaba entrenar frontlever pero tenia un poco de molestia en el hombro y habia dormido bastante mal asi que me decidi por entrenar básicos de tiron para no perder el día y acondicionar mis musculos, hice 4 series de 6 muscle ups con 10 fondos arriba de la barra, luego continué con algunas barras en el pasa manos mientras lo recorria ya que me parecia divertido, segui esto con unas 4 series de 10 pull ups al pecho, aqui ya estaba un poco cansado ya que el hombro me estaba molestando, asi que cambié de ejercicio y empecé a hacer chin ups, hice 8 reps por 4 sereis, y terminé con 5 series de 15 reps de australian pull ups para ayudar a recuperar mi resistencia por el tiempo sin entrenar espalda.
Hello Hive and SWC hivers, in this post I share with you my last basic workout, I had to train frontlever but I had a little discomfort in my shoulder and I had slept pretty bad so I decided to train basic pull ups to not lose the day and condition my muscles, I did 4 sets of 6 muscle ups with 10 bottoms on top of the bar, then I continued with some bars on the handstand as I went through it as it looked fun, I followed this with 4 sets of 10 pull ups to the chest, here I was getting a little tired as my shoulder was bothering me, so I changed exercises and started doing chin ups, I did 8 reps for 4 sereis, and finished with 5 sets of 15 reps of australian pull ups to help recover my stamina for the time without back training.
