Saludos amigos de SWC y Hive, hoy les quiero compartir algunas fotos que tome a mis trucos en mi entrenamiento de ayer !
Ayer me tocaba entrenar empuje pero chiqui me envió un mensaje para entrenar freestyle, fui a entrenar con él, practique algunos trucos, me sentia bastante liviano y combee un poco, logre agregar por fin un fronlever con mejor forma a mi combo y poco a poco se va mejorando en esos combos !
Tambien luego de entrenar free me puse a hacer spam de salidas, buscando caerlas lejos, cerca, hacerlas abierto, cerrado, etc. Luego hice la rutina de empuje que tocaba pero ya era de noche, una rutina de básicos y negativas de planche y backlever.
