Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi entrenamiento del día de ayer, como es normal en muchos atletas, me tocó entrenar empuje este día jueves. Fui a entrenar en el club italo al rededor de las 7:30pm, ya que pase el día un poco ocupado, pero tenia bastantes ganas de entrenar asi que fui asi fuera tarde. Quise intentar al principio del entrenamiento handstand push up libres con subidas a handstand, pero la verdad estaba bastante pesado en este entrenamiento, asi que le di pocos intentos y empecé mi rutina de empuje. Empecé la rutina con dos series de negativas de tuck planche con deadstop de 3 a 5 segundos, luego hice aguantes de plancha a rir 1 por 4 series, en este ejercicio sentia bastante cansado el cuerpo pero de la nada me active, asi que le meti 4 series de handstand push ups asistidad de 12 repeticiones, ya luego empecé a sentir los hombros un poco cargados por el entreno asi que me decidi por uno de mis básicos favoritos, fondos supinos, realicé 12 repeticiones por 4 series para terminar la rutina, luego hice unos pocos handstand para hacer un poco de balance antes de irme.

I went to train at the italo club at around 7:30pm, since I was a little busy during the day, but I wanted to train so I went even if it was late. I wanted to try at the beginning of the workout free handstand push up with handstand pull ups, but I was actually quite heavy on this workout, so I gave it a few tries and started my push up routine. I started the routine with two sets of tuck planche negatives with deadstop from 3 to 5 seconds, then I did planche holds to rir 1 for 4 sets, in this exercise I felt quite tired the body but out of nowhere I activated, so I put 4 sets of handstand push ups assisted of 12 repetitions, then I started to feel my shoulders a bit loaded by the workout so I decided to do one of my favorite basics, supine dips, I did 12 reps for 4 sets to finish the routine, then I did a few handstand to do some balance before I left.
