Saludos amigos de hiveswcHola amigos de y swc, hoy les comparto mi entrenamiento de tir贸n de esta tarde, como siempre comenc茅 estirando el cuerpo y para activar me un poco hice unos Handstand como de costumbre , luego si comenc茅 con una serie de aproximaci贸n a lo que quer铆a realizar, una vez ya listo con la activaci贸n comenc茅 entrenamiento como tal. Que se baso el volumen hoy sacrifique bastante la t茅cnica por a tener un volumen mayor a continuaci贸n les dejo la rutina que realice
- 3 pull up de front lever +3 press front lever + 3 seg de front lever + 3 seg de one are front lever+ 1hefesto esto lo repet铆 3 veces
- 3seg de front lever touch + 2 pull up de front + 2 press de front lever + 3 seg de front lever +1pull de back lever ( 3series)
- 2seg de front lever touch + 1pull de front lever + 1 press front lever + 2 seg de front lever (series)
- 3series de 10 pull de tuck avance
- 3 series de 5 press de half
De verdad fue una rutina muy dura termine muy cansado pero muy cansado si no preg煤ntenle a mi amigo Luis guil que estuvo hablando con migo durante el entrenamiento por WhatsApp y alcanso a ver mi ultima serie que realice con el elemento antes pasar a las progresiones, pero me siento muy contento estoy recuperando mi nivel poco a poco cada vez estoy m谩s c贸modo en los entrenamientos hace que les digo que se viene un nuevo nivel pronto.
