Saludos amigos de hiveswcHola amigos de Hive y SWC,hoy comparto mi entrenamiento de tir贸n en cada de Jes煤s montes oca, fue un gran dia de entrenamiento entr茅 amigos, realizamos este entrenamiento de tir贸n Maikol Mavares, Jes煤s Montes de oca , Joseito y personas, ya al final se unio otro otro chico amigo de jesus de la universidad que esta progresando muy rapido en poco tiempo ya logro conseguir front lever.
El entrenamiento que realizamos se baso en hacer series efectivas de front lever pull up m谩s press m谩s aguante de front lever y one are front lever esto lo repet铆 3 veces por su parte Jes煤s realiz贸 1 aguantes front lever touch m谩s 1 pull up m谩s 1 press m谩s aguante de front lever, y Maikol realiz贸 un aguante de front lever mas un aguante de half front lever , Joseito que es mas nuevo trabajo directamente con progresiones half y tuck avance, esto lo repetimos tres veces y pasamos a la siguiente serie libre antes de trabajar con la banda el谩stica, por mi parte intent茅 aguantar el SAT y realizar la negativa a front wide lo mas lento posible , luego realice una negativa a front one are , jesus trabajo 1 pull up mad 1 press mas 1 aguante de front y Maikol una negativa de front lever mas 1 aguante de front lever una negativa de half + un aguante y Joseito trabajo lo mismo pero en la progresi贸n que el pod铆a realizar, luego trabajos series de pull y preses con goma para dar mas volumen al entrenamiento, y finalizamos con una serie de pull up de tuck hasta que ya no pudi茅ramos llegar a tovar la barra con la pull up. Tambi茅n hicimos algunas planchas y uno que otro hefesto.
