Como siempre antes de comenzar a entrenar, calente un poco, estire los brazos, la espalda, y hice un poco de calentamiento con liga, para activar algunos músculos específicos como hombros y antebrazos.
Después del calentamiento, comencé a hacer freestyle, aunque realmente no grabé en ese momento, pero bueno, lo que prácticamente fue el giro del 360 para pulirlo más, y pull over explosivo y intentos de 540, luego de terminar de hacer free, descanse un rato, y comencé con mi rutina de básicos, hice algunas bardix, 4 series de normales y otras 4 series en agarre supino, me demoré un poco en terminar estas series, luego de eso, tire advance en front con maximo aguante, después iba a tuck y hacia pull ups, hasta que no pudiese más, en total me tarde como una hora y algo en terminar, termine muy cansado, me fui a mi casa, y me prepare algo para comer, aunque antes de sentarme a cenar, hice un poco de estiramientos, ya que me sentía bastante tenso, después medité un rato, y luego si me senté a comer, luego me di un baño, y me acosté a dormir, fue un día de esos que te dejan muerto, pero no estuvo nada mal.SWC

After that, I did front advances with maximum endurance, then went to tuck and did pull-ups until I couldn't do any more. In total, it took me about an hour and a bit to finish. I ended up very tired, went home, and made something to eat. Before sitting down to dinner, I did some stretching, as I felt quite tense.
