Un cordial saludo a la gran comunidad de #hive y a todas las personas que ven todas las publicaciones que subo normalmente por esta plataforma gran parte del tiempo. Hoy les voy a comentar un poco sobre lo importante que es tener una gran condición física y, en mi caso personal, entrenar un deporte, el cual permite poder realizar muchas cosas increíbles, obtener gran cantidad de fuerza, resistencia, control, limpieza y muchos aspectos de estos; sino que también es un deporte que se puede realizar en todas partes.

Today I'm going to talk a little about the importance of being in great physical shape and, in my personal case, training in a sport. This allows you to do many incredible things, gaining a great deal of strength, endurance, control, precision, and many other qualities. It's also a sport that can be practiced anywhere.
En este caso se puede realizar este deporte en el cual exista un soporte que simule una barra para hacer dominadas, o también paralelas pequeñas o inclusive el mismo suelo. Esto hace que este deporte sea realmente hermoso, ya que se pueden realizar maniobras superlimpias y bonitas de ver en todos los lugares que se deseen realizar, como fue en mi caso en la playa Bahía de Cata, la cual es una playa que queda ubicada en el estado Maracay de mi país, Venezuela.
In this case, you can practice this sport with any support that simulates a pull-up bar, small parallel bars, or even on the ground itself. This makes the sport truly beautiful, as you can perform incredibly clean and visually stunning maneuvers anywhere you want, as was the case for me at Bahía de Cata beach, located in the state of Maracay in my country, Venezuela.
Tuve la oportunidad de visitar en mi viaje a esas zonas del país y pude realmente tomar unas tomas increíbles, las cuales puedo mostrarles a ustedes por una publicación en esta plataforma.
