En el d铆a de ayer hice b谩sicos en forma de circuito, d贸nde dominadas pronas con unas 12 repeticiones, seguidamente de fondos en paralelas con unas 15 repeticiones y culmine con unas flexiones inclinadas con 10 de repeticiones y todo durante 3 series en el circuito, ya culminado el entrenamiento me peg贸 fuerte ya que no me sent铆a muy bien adaptado debido a que estaba inactivo.

Yesterday I did basic training as a circuit, where I did prone pull-ups with about 12 repetitions, followed by parallel pull-ups with about 15 repetitions and culminated with incline push-ups with 10 repetitions and all during 3 series in the circuit, after the training I was hit hard because I did not feel very well adapted due to the fact that I was inactive.
