Hola comunidad de HIVE y a mis compañeros de SWC espero que estén todos bien, en el día de hoy me llego un paquete que le había pedido a mi amigo del estado Tachira 
de unas paralelas de madera que son súper recomendables y súper cómodas y tienen un agarre súper brutal y que claro son muy fáciles de llevar para algún lugar donde te sientas cómodo al entrenar y pues hoy domingo me fui para el parque a estrenarla porque estaba muy ansioso de irlas a probarlas, marqué algunas planchas y la verdad ni se mueven ni nada ya que llevan una goma en la parte de abajo y eso evita a resbalarse, luego lance unas paradas de manos y dentro de mi dije: “Con este agarre podré sacar el pino a una mano”, y seguiré entrenando esa parada de manos para ver que tal amigos, se las recomiendo al 100% súper brutales mas adelante les seguiré mostrando subistes ejercicios con esas paralelas🔥
