Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad le mostrare como se ve el entrenamiento en las barras, como se ve la vida que hay en el parque de las barras donde yo practico junto a mis compañeros.

- tengo tiempo ya mostrando como es nuestro entrenamiento y la verdad no e mostrado todo siempre falta algo siempre entrenamos todos los días bastante completo y compartimos siempre, tratamos de no perder la disciplina es difícil mantener la constancia teniendo ocupaciones como estudios y trabajo pero con todo eso nos mantenemos activo, antiguamente eramos mas pero por motivos de las circunstancias no todos están activos, pero eso nos para desmotivarse siempre seguimos adelante y acá estamos entrenando.
- I have some time already showing how our training is and the truth is that I have not shown everything, there is always something missing, we always train every day quite complete and we always share, we try not to lose discipline, it is difficult to maintain constancy having occupations such as studies and work but with all that we stay active, formerly we were more but for reasons of circumstances not everyone is active, but that does not motivate us, we always go ahead and here we are training.
