/ By me - Muchos me preguntan cómo deben de organizar sus entrenamientos y como deberían de entrenar para progresar rápido y si es bueno entrenar cuando les corresponde descansar, la verdad yo entreno de una manera que no prolongada, realmente no se muy bien como responder cuando me preguntan eso, porque para saber eso se debe de hacer varios análisis tanto como físicos y psicológicos, ya eso depende de uno mismo que analizarse, saber escuchar su propio cuerpo y saber cuando podemos seguir y cuando no. Es muy importante saber escuchar nuestro cuerpo para poder progresar siempre debemos llegar a el máximo y descansar a el máximo, debemos descansar todo lo que sea necesario para poder ganar fuerza, musculatura o en lo que se esté trabajando.
- Many people ask me how they should organize their workouts and how they should train to progress quickly and if it is good to train when it is time to rest, the truth is that I train in a way that is not prolonged, I really do not know how to answer when they ask me that, because to know that you must make several analyses both physical and psychological, and that depends on yourself to analyze yourself, know how to listen to your own body and know when we can continue and when we can not. It is very important to know how to listen to our body to be able to progress we must always reach the maximum and rest to the maximum, we must rest as much as necessary to be able to gain strength, muscle or whatever we are working on.
