Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un poco de mi Entrenamiento d贸nde estoy intentando sacar trucos nuevos y ejecut茅 algunas combinaciones geniales.

d贸nde estuvimos practicando trucos nuevos y dominando los que tenemos, m谩s que todo estuvimos haciendo din谩micos aprovechando la barra de freestyle de que es una barra genial y la seguridad que da los colchones que tiene es genial poder hacer freestyle teniando la seguridad que tiene el compa帽ero, sabemos que con todo eso igual podr铆a pasar alguna lesi贸n por eso debemos tener cuidado y practicar con conciencia. Hacer din谩micos es maravillosamente genial, la adrenalina que da, el miedo es normal pero cuando te atreves y lo supera da mucha emoci贸n por esa raz贸n es muy agradable para los atletas.

Doing dynamics is wonderfully great, the adrenaline it gives, the fear is normal but when you dare and overcome it gives a lot of excitement for that reason it is very nice for athletes.
