Hola amigos de hive y de liketu y comunidad de Swc, el día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes algunas fotografías de como es el gimnasio donde entreno. Este es un gimnasio de 2 pisos el cual costa de Gym+box. En la zona de gym (el piso de arriba) están todas las máquinas e instrumentos de musculación, normalmente suelo estar en la parte de arriba solo cuando me toca piernas, ya que en la parte del box (el piso de abajo) que es donde están las barras es que me suelo dedicar a entrenar calistenia. El día de hoy me toco entrenar arriba, pero igual comparto diferentes fotografías de las instalaciones.
Hello hive and liketu friends and Swc community, today I want to share with you some photographs of what the gym where I train is like. This is a 2-story gym owned by Gym+box. In the gym area (upstairs) there are all the machines and weight training instruments, I normally tend to be in the upper part only when it's my legs, since in the box part (the lower floor) which is where the bars are because I usually dedicate myself to training calisthenics. Today I have to train upstairs, but I still share different photographs of the facilities.
