Hola gente de Hive y SWC como estan espero que bien, hoy les vengo a mostrar algunas de mis fotos de mi entrenamiento pasado, cabe destacar que estoy encontrando una alternativa de como aumentar el nivel de est谩cticos que tengo y como adaptarlo a otras personas, pero veo que lleva tiempo asi que no me dare porvencido y expandire este conocimiento a los que mas lo necesitan.
mi meta es destacar en la rama de la calistenia que es el power free, ya que es lo mejor que se me da.
