Full Planche Push Up: Los resultados fueron regulares.
Greetings to the entire #SWC and #Hive community 🙋🏻♂️🤸🏻♂️.
Let me tell you how I ended the training week. Unlike last week
(when I had to move the routine to Saturday), this time I didn't have as much trouble completing the entire plan yesterday, Friday.
Around 6:30 PM, I packed my bag and headed straight to the park. As soon as I arrived, I greeted my usual friends and started stretching. Once I was ready, we started the session focused on strength with an emphasis on power moves.
Let's start with the main series:
Full Planche Push Up: The results were average. I couldn't do the press to handstand after the third push-up repetition.
Front Lever Pull Up: Here, I did a little better. I was able to do 10 full-range pull-ups, but after that, I could only manage half-range reps at best.
Then, I continued with the combos (Full Planche and Front Lever, separately and mixed). In this part, I did have quite a few irregularities; the lack of strength for the Power Moves in both exercises was noticeable! The good thing was the isometric work; there I was able to hold on for just the right amount of time.
💥 Hard Phase and Closure
Then came the hard part of the routine: ten sets of Full Planche Push Ups and Front Lever Pulls to failure.
I did six sets in the park, and since it was getting late, I went home. But wait! I didn't go back to rest, but to finish the four sets I had left to complete 100% of my workout. To top it off, I did a few sets of bicep curls with dumbbells.
Without a doubt, I ended up pretty exhausted, but totally satisfied that I had given it my all and completed the entire routine.
Now it's time for a weekend of total rest. We'll see what this coming week has in store for us.
See you next time, Brothers! 💪
