Este viernes (31 de enero 2025) es mi último día de entrenamiento en esta semana, por ende la intensidad es más alta en comparación de los anteriores días.
Después de una tarde de trabajo, empecé a tener ganas de ir a dormir, pero inmediatamente me di una ducha para así ayudarme a recobrar ánimos para ir a entrenar. Salí a las 6:20 pm hacia el parque de barras. Al llegar, solo me encontré con el brother Eduardo, quien me dijo "eres el segundo en llegar". Sin perder más tiempo, procedí a mi preparación para la rutina, aunque en medio del mismo, aparecieron unos cuantos brothers más, como 
Una vez listo, inicie la rutina con pruebas de "Full plache push-up" y "Front lever pull-up", luego con los combos de "Power moves" enfocados a "Front lever" y complementados con las" Full planche". Terminé la última serie a las casi 9:00 pm, dando como cumplida y concluida esta rutina, regresando a casa para descansar, pero fatigado y a la vez satisfecho.

I finished the last set at almost 9:00 pm, giving as accomplished and concluded this routine, returning home to rest, but fatigued and at the same time satisfied.
