Les comparto un resumen de lo que fue mi entrenamiento el dĂa miĂ©rcoles (17 de julio 2024) enfocándome en powermoves y en planche, pero claro, tambiĂ©n hice un poco de "Pull Up".
Resumen de entrenamiento
1] Full planche Push Ups (6 repeticiones) más 2 Full planche press.
2] Front lever Pull Ups (12 repeticiones) más Front lever hold.
3] Full planche Push Ups (1 normal y 1 en arquera) más Full planche press y Hold.
4] Full planche Push Up (1 repeticion lenta) más Full planche press y Hold.
