Bueno espero que le gustaran estas fotos también aclaro algo mi amigo y compañero Sebastián Gutiérrez es uno de los atletas con los que más entreno en el parque tanto los ejercicios básicos como algunos ejercicios de estáticos básicamente él es una que me pone las rutinas de plancha para yo entrenar porque yo no me sé muchos ejercicios de plancha y bueno él es quien me ayuda y no solo entreno con él en el parque, sino también en la casa de nuestro compañero milano armas cuando hacemos freestyle yo también lo ayudo a mejorar en el freestyle y está mejorando espero que me toque un dia un vs contra el así que bueno sin más nada que decirles mi nombre es Néstor Rodríguez y espero estén activos para el próximo post ✌🏻🦾.
