Hoy les vengo a compartir algunas fotografías que me tomé hoy durante el entrenamiento con mi hermano hoy me enfoque en combos de estáticos ya que es uno de mis puntos débiles así que me puse a reforzar ya que dentro de muy poco será la duals y me estoy preparando para así no estar tan débil en esta zona también le estaba enseñando a mi hermano algunos estáticos y ejercicios para que tenga nuevas variaciones y una mejor postura para que en un futuro logré tener Straddle sin más nada que decir espero les guste las fotografías.
