En esta ocasión, quiero compartir con ustedes una noche de entrenamiento y fotografía urbana, donde la creatividad se unió a la fuerza estática en un escenario poco convencional. ¡Espero que les guste!
Apreciados lectores, la disciplina se extiende más allá del parque de barras. Después de finalizar nuestra sesión de entrenamiento, mis amigos y yo decidimos cambiar de escenario para capturar algunos skills en un entorno diferente. Nos dirigimos hacia un puente por el que transitan peatones y vehículos en la ciudad.
La idea era aprovechar la iluminación nocturna y la arquitectura urbana para darle un toque distinto a nuestras fotos de calistenia. Debo admitir que el espacio para hacer skills era limitado, especialmente con el constante tránsito, lo que nos obligó a ser rápidos y precisos. Este tipo de fotografía exige una coordinación y una concentración extra.
Para ejecutar las palancas y los equilibrios en un espacio reducido y a nivel del suelo, decidí utilizar las miniparalelas. Estas herramientas portátiles son perfectas para llevar la calistenia a cualquier lugar. Pude hacer varios holds de handstand (parada de manos). El desafío era mantener la vertical perfecta a pesar del movimiento y el ruido circundante.
Además del handstand, aproveché las miniparalelas para practicar mi straddle planche. Esta palanca de empuje requiere una rigidez corporal extrema. Cada hold de straddle planche fue un ejercicio de control total, forzando los hombros y el core a trabajar al máximo bajo la presión del empuje horizontal.
El ambiente, con los vehículos pasando y la iluminación artificial, creó un fondo muy dinámico y contrastante para los skills estáticos. La noche fue muy gratificante. La capacidad de llevar nuestro entrenamiento más allá del parque y lograr holds tan exigentes, incluso con el espacio limitado, demostró que la fuerza y la disciplina de SWC no tienen fronteras.

Dear readers, discipline extends beyond the bars park. After finishing our training session, my friends and I decided to change the scenery to capture some skills in a different environment. We headed towards a bridge traversed by pedestrians and vehicles in the city.
The idea was to take advantage of the nighttime lighting and urban architecture to give a distinct touch to our calisthenics photos. I must admit that the space for doing skills was limited, especially with the constant traffic, which forced us to be quick and precise. This type of photography demands extra coordination and concentration.
To execute the levers and balances in a reduced and ground-level space, I decided to use the mini parallel bars. These portable tools are perfect for taking calisthenics anywhere. I was able to do several handstand holds. The challenge was maintaining the perfect vertical despite the movement and surrounding noise.
In addition to the handstand, I took advantage of the mini parallel bars to practice my straddle planche. This pushing lever requires extreme body rigidity. Every straddle planche hold was an exercise in total control, forcing the shoulders and the core to work at maximum capacity under the pressure of the horizontal push.
The atmosphere, with vehicles passing by and artificial lighting, created a very dynamic and contrasting background for the static skills. The night was very rewarding. The ability to take our training beyond the park and achieve such demanding holds, even with limited space, demonstrated that the strength and discipline of SWC have no boundaries.
