4.- CUARTO EJERCICIO:
pull ups cerradas (15 repeticiones 4 series)
5.- QUINTO EJERCICIO:
Flexiones en diamante (10 repeticiones 4 series)

closed pull ups (15 repetitions 4 sets)
5.- FIFTH EXERCISE:
Diamond push-ups (10 repetitions 4 sets)
