Bueno para empezar este post les voy a comentar un poco de mi día, el cual estuvo tranquilo, me desperté temprano salí a trotar unos 20/25 minutos, luego estuve viendo anime en mi casa y tome tiempo para jugar algunos juegos en mi pc ya que tenía tiempo sin utilizarla para jugar.
Ya en la tarde como a las 5 me empecé a arreglar y me fui a la casa de mi amigo montes de oca que quedamos en hacer un entrenamiento de plancha el y otro amigo de nosotros, solo que no hicimos la misma rutina obviamente por la diferencia de nivel en plancha sin embargo todos nos acompañamos en el entrenamiento, también me ayudaron con algunas cosas.
Y bueno para mí la rutina que hice fue una rutina pesada ya que constó de un previo calentamiento haciendo preses en Tuck y una pres en Tuck avance, luego empecé con dos series de una press en stradlle planch controlando su negativa y aguantando dos segundos, luego hice 3 series de aguantes al fallo en stradlle, seguí con 3 series de aguantes en half mariposa haciendo aguantes al fallo, luego hice un 2,2,2 en Tuck es decir 2 push-ups, 2 preses y dos segundos, seguí con 3 series de 3 flexiones en pino y termine con 3 series de levantadas de lean a stradlle.
Well to start this post I'm going to tell you a little bit about my day, which was quiet, I woke up early I went jogging for 20/25 minutes, then I was watching anime at home and took time to play some games on my pc since I had some time without using it to play.
In the afternoon around 5 o'clock I started to get ready and I went to my friend montes de oca's house, we agreed to do a plancha training with him and another friend of us, but we didn't do the same routine obviously because of the difference in plancha level, however we all accompanied each other in the training, they also helped me with some things.
And well for me the routine I did was a heavy routine because it consisted of a previous warm-up doing presses in Tuck and a press in Tuck advance, then I started with two sets of a press in straddle planch controlling its negative and holding two seconds, then I did 3 sets of holds to failure in straddle, followed by 3 sets of holds in half butterfly doing holds to failure, then I did a 2,2,2 in Tuck that is 2 push-ups, 2 presses and two seconds, followed by 3 sets of 3 push-ups in pino and finished with 3 sets of lifts from lean to straddle.
