And well, in the late afternoon, I rode my bike to my friend Montes de Oca's house to train with him. Today, we had a planche workout where I was motivating him, and he motivated me, too. And so, my routine consisted of three sets of a press to straddle holding the negative for as long as I could, three sets of holds in straddle, three sets of holds in half butterfly, two sets of straddle marks from lean, and three sets of two push-ups + two presses + and a hold in tuck planche. I also did some front lever combos, and from a conversation I had with Montes de Oca, it's likely that I'll change my training a little, specifically with the frequency.
