Como se imaginan, hoy no entrené, ya que quedé muy cansado luego del trabajo, así que les voy a contar de mi día de entrenamiento de ayer, que fue una sesión de freestyle en el parque metropolitano. Y bueno, la verdad es que no hice mucho, solo lo de siempre: seguir quemando los 180 y el olímpico. Lo bueno es que ayer pude sacar el pasavallas en barra baja. Ahora quiero sacar el pasavallas normal, que es con un superimpulso.
Lo bueno es que ya tengo la progresión y tengo el superimpulso, así que este sábado trataré de sacarlo, ya que es un dinámico que me llama mucho la atención y me gustaría mucho tenerlo, aparte de que no le tengo tanto miedo. Pero bueno, no sé, nunca lo he intentado, así que tampoco puedo decir mucho al respecto.
Sin embargo, espero poder sacarlo este sábado y recuperar el 360, ya que desde que le cambié la técnica no lo he podido agarrar de nuevo. Pero bueno, sé que lo voy a recuperar y mejoraré en el freestyle.

Now I want to get the normal vault, which is with a super push. But well, I don't know, I've never tried it, so I can't say much about it either.
