Welcome everyone again to my new post today, I hope you are all in the best way on this beautiful day, where I come to show you, teach and share part of my knowledge and experiences in this new post, where I tell you about the different variants of push-ups, thus continuing the chain of comments on basic strength exercises of streetworkout - calisthenics and all these exercises that are of great help to any beginner or advanced athlete. Today I bring you the Lean Push-Ups, Sphinx Push-Ups and the Archer Push-Ups, all three variants are very good for the pushing strength and the muscle areas of the triceps and shoulder. First I'll tell you about the Lean push-ups, they are a push-up variation that helps a lot with the Plank movement, it gives good strength and adaptation to this advanced movement, it requires good control and strength, done with good technique it is very effective and as I told you it is essential in the Plank. Then we have the Sphinx Push-ups, these are good push-ups that also require control and triceps strength, the further the hands are from the shoulders, the easier it is and it only consists of lowering the forearms and raising with control, great for strengthening the triceps in an incredible way. Lastly there are the archer push-ups, they are good push-ups that stimulate the triceps and chest, they also require control and strength, they are very good push-ups that in addition to the Lean push-ups, I also highly recommend the archer push-ups. An extra fact is that these push-ups are only used for specific athlete routines, since these exercises are generally not very used and implemented, with the exception of the Lean ones, which are mostly performed in routines to improve the Plank.
