Como pueden observar en mis fotografías, en horas de la mañana he estado realizando diferentes variantes avanzadas e intermedias del elemento estático "Front Lever", combinando varios movimientos consecutivos y culminando con mis prácticas de combos para mi participación en la exhibición que será realizada en el parque de calistenia en la ciudad de San Juan de Colón.
Las variantes más destacadas son:
✓ Front Lever Sat.
✓ Front Lever One Arm.
✓ Pull Up to Touch.
La juntada y reunión con los compañeros y amigos que formamos parte del equipo de 0gravity será en horas del mediodía en la ciudad de San Juan de Colón, donde se reunirán varios atletas del Estado Táchira para compartir, entrenar, impartir conocimientos y demás.
Atletas del municipio San Cristóbal, La fría, Michelena y San Juan de Colón. Más de 15 atletas que forman parte de este equipo, son reunidos para llevar a cabo una gran exhibición de esta disciplina deportiva.
Será un día grandioso, espero dar una buena demostración de mis habilidades y dejar una buena reseña de lo que puedo hacer. Siempre es agradable dar a conocer mi potencial deportivo e inspirar a más atletas.
As you can see in my photos, this morning I've been performing different advanced and intermediate variations of the static "Front Lever" exercise, combining several consecutive movements and culminating in my combo workouts for my participation in the exhibition that will be held at the calisthenics park in San Juan de Colón.
The most notable variations are:

✓ Front Lever One Arm.
✓ Pull Up to Touch.
The get-together with colleagues and friends who are part of the 0gravity team will be held at noon in the city of San Juan de Colón, where several athletes from the state of Táchira will gather to share, train, share knowledge, and more.
