Hello friends of #hive and #swc I come to share a little about my training today which took place at my house the routine was focused more on the full planche push ups well we started with the 10 minutes of stretching and warming up after that we rested 3 minutes to be able to do the 10 combos for each combo I rest between 3 or 5 minutes so that the body is in good conditions to be able to do the next combo I put in a little full planche push up plus stradel holds half push ups and also a little balance and so alternating the statics after I finished the 10 combos I gave it a short 5 minute break to give it the reinforcements and basics a little push ups handstand bicep curls and dips today the truth is it was too heavy but we gave it our all and so I finished my plank routine see you next time take care of yourselves
