Luego de varias semanas sin ir a casa de mi amigo coordiné con mis compañeros de entrenamiento para ir a realizar una rutina de front lever con mi amigo kley, ya que el tiene la barra para entrenar front y también hay mucha motivación cuando nos reunimos todos juntos. La verdad que este entrenamiento fue un poco malo debido a que me sentía bastante pesado y fatigado, ya que había hecho un poco de espalda en el gimnasio en dónde les compartí las fotografías el día de ayer.
La rutina empezó con su breve acondicionamiento precio para activar la musculatura, posteriormente realicé algunos intentos de preses para ver las primeras sensaciones en dónde ahí pude notar la pesadez que tenía ese día, luego hice combos de 1-1-1 de front y ya la verdad ahí me sentía algo pesado y finalizamos con algunos básicos y banda de resistencia. Para irnos como se debe hicimos algunas fotografías en plancha y así tener un gran recuerdo de este entrenamiento 🫶🏽.

After several weeks without going to my friend's house, I coordinated with my training partners to go do a front lever routine with my friend Kley, since he has the bar to train front lever and there is also a lot of motivation when we all get together. To be honest, this training session was a bit rough because I felt quite heavy and fatigued, as I had done some back training at the gym, where I shared the photos with you yesterday.
The routine started with a brief warm-up to activate the muscles, then I did some press attempts to see how I felt, and that's when I noticed how heavy I felt that day. Then I did 1-1-1 front combos, and honestly, I felt a little heavy at that point, so we finished with some basics and resistance band work. To finish off, we took some photos in the plank position so we would have a great memory of this workout 🫶🏽.
