El día hoy estuvo lleno de mucho ejercicio cardiovascular y ejercicios de glúteos intensos, siendo esta una de las mayores debilidades de nosotros los Calistenicos por la falta de entrenamiento constante.
* Today was filled with a lot of cardio and intense glute exercises, this being one of the biggest weaknesses of us Calisthenics due to lack of consistent training.*
Estuvo súper fuerte, sentía que con cada ejercicio de este circuito mis piernas se debilitaban, Pero sentía que en verdad estaban pegando dónde tenía que ser, así que con mucha determinación hasta el final, terminamos todo este circuito infernal.
- It was super strong, I felt that with each exercise of this circuit my legs were getting weaker, but I felt that they were really hitting where they had to be, so with a lot of determination until the end, we finished all this hellish circuit.*
Luego de hacerlo, mis Brothers y yo con la poca energía que nos quedaba, comenzamos una sesión de fotos para celebrar que se pudo hoy , y seguimos creciendo cada vez más. Fue divertido tener estos ratos así con ellos, porque nos hace ver siempre que a pesar que el entrenamiento sea duro, si estás con buenos compañeros todo se vuelve mucho mejor.
After doing so, my Brothers and I with the little energy we had left, we started a photo shoot to celebrate that we were able to do it today, and continue to grow more and more. It was fun to have these moments with them, because it makes us always see that even though the training is hard, if you are with good companions everything becomes much better.
