Here are the pictures of my training today. |
Today was a day dedicated to front lever training, an exercise that requires a lot of strength, control, and concentration. However, I must admit that I wasn't feeling very motivated today. Sometimes, we all have those days when things don't flow as we'd like, but in the world of sports and discipline, there's no room for excuses. That's why I decided to push through and complete my routine, despite the lack of motivation.
The routine I followed today was designed by my friend Jesús, who has helped me a lot in my progress as an athlete. It focused on pull-ups and tension, two fundamental aspects for improving the front lever. Although it was a bit challenging at first due to my mood, I managed to focus and complete all the exercises. It was a tough session, but by the end of the day, I felt satisfied with what I had accomplished.
Hello everyone! A warm greeting to my friends from the communities of #liketu, #hive, and especially to all my companions from the #swc community. I hope you are all doing well. Let me introduce myself, I am Wilber-sw, a calisthenics athlete, and today I want to share a bit about my day and my training routine. I hope this message finds you in good health and spirits.
Today, I want to tell you about my training day, which was on Friday, a very productive day and the last day of the week dedicated to training. Before I begin, I hope you are all doing well and that you have had a week full of achievements and satisfaction. Now, let's get started.
Friday was an intense but very rewarding day. I took the opportunity to do plank exercises, which are essential for strengthening the core and improving stability in other movements. Additionally, I incorporated some variations of the hefesto, an exercise that requires a lot of strength and control but, with dedication and consistent practice, can be mastered. I also had the chance to train with some friends, which is always motivating. Together, we practiced the muscle-up, a movement that combines strength, technique, and coordination. Although it may seem complicated at first, with perseverance and effort, we made significant progress.
It was a very productive training day, full of learning and overcome challenges. I am happy with the results and the progress I made during the week. Tomorrow, which will be the start of a new training week, I will be sharing my plank routine with you, which is an essential part of my physical preparation. I hope it is useful to you and that you can incorporate some of these exercises into your own routines.
Without further ado, I wish you all a good night. I hope you rest well and that tomorrow is a day full of energy and good moments. See you later, friends! I'll see you in the next post. A big hug to everyone!
