. Today I want to share with all of you some pictures of my push training that I did in La Ballenita park. It was an amazing experience, as the outdoor environment always motivates you to give the best of yourself. The routine I followed was based exclusively on pushing exercises, which is essential for developing upper body strength.
I started with a series of 15-20 push-ups, which are a classic and always help to warm up the muscles. Then I moved on to push-ups, where I did 10 to 15 reps. These exercises are great for working the shoulders and upper back. I then moved on to 5 to 10 pseudo planche push-ups, which are challenging but very rewarding. To complement this, I did 15 dips, which are excellent for strengthening the triceps and chest. And to finish, 10 bardip, which is always a great way to end the routine.
