I feel like as humans, we need something in life to always remind us of our frail and fragile existence. How fleeting human life can be. Hence, the need to take life a lot less seriously and really focus on what matters, because let's face it, we're all going to die. Yeah, I know, that was straight out of the bat; I am sorry, but it's the harsh truth. I am the dissapointment Panda today. None of us will get out of the world alive. I am pretty sure there are some super-rich pratts whose dead bodies are in refrigerators now hoping one day scientists would find some anti-aging serum or immortality tablet or what-not. What I am saying is, if you really are patient enough, you could learn so much from everyday life. There is an inherent lesson in practically everything.
MY THOUGHTS
Seven days ago I was returning from church thinking about different things. Usually, my mind is always spiraling into different things every now and then. Then I saw this really old woman walking on the street. She was moving incredibly slowly that I reckon it'd take her forever to get wherever she was going. She wasn't crossing the road or doing anything that'd require help so I didn't offer. What really struck me was just how carefully and slowly she walked. I thought to myself, at some point in her life, she was probably this elegant young lady who was the apple of a lot of eyes. She probably had numerous suitors and moved with such zest and swagger that you'd think one would be young forever. It was a mind-reconfiguring thought and experience. TAKE LIFE A LOT LESS SERIOUSLY, ENJOY THE MOMENTS WITH FAMILY AND LOVED ONES, TRY TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE, BE KIND AND TREAT PEOPLE RIGHT; COS YOU REALLY AIN'T GOT ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.
