As the seasons change, so too, do we. Embracing those changes, really helps us to stay in flow. As we navigate our way in life, with nature as our greatest guide. That's why I celebrate the eight Celtic Festivals, it is my connection to nature, that I draw strength from. It is what empowers me. Today I celebrated the Autumn Equinox, that wonderful time of the year that encourages us to bring ourselves back into balance, that time when both day and night are welcome.
At this time of the year, we are being called to reconcile opposites. The masculine and feminine, our younger self and older self, the light and dark within us all. This is the time to make ourselves whole.
To celebrate the good and the bad, both of which bring opportunities for growth. To understand our place in the world and see our place, as being a part of the whole and not apart from it. Something, I think many people do feel unfortunately.
As we move away from the light and more into a time of darkness, we are being called to begin our journey inwards. To connect with our inner wisdom. Use this time, to reconnect, to becone more in balance with ourselves.
Listen to our inner knowing, connect with our intuition and wisdom. It is there lying in wait, for us to rediscover our power. The ability to flow with life, as we learn to trust ourselves.
Today I met with a group of older women. We sang and made cunts together. Reconnecting with the feminine within, calling on it to be more present in this world, as the imbalance between the masculine and feminine continues to play out. With both sides under attack, both sacred sides being disrespected and dishonoured.
These last few days, I have felt a heaviness, as the energies shift. As we approach these opportunities for change, it's important to remember that it effects people in different ways. Learning to recognise them and to work with them, is what will help us move back into a time balance.
All photos are mine and are from my cuntcrafting workshop today.
