Hoy, estoy de vuelta para compartir con ustedes los nuevos productos que estoy usando para el cuidado e hidratación de la piel de mi rostro.
Sin que me lo haya planteado, esta publicación parece una continuación de la misma temática que he abordado en mis últimas publicaciones.
Ha sido una bonita coincidencia de la que me di cuenta hace un rato, cuando revisando mi blog y mi cuaderno de anotaciones en el que organizo los temas a publicar, me acordé de que no les había compartido las cremitas que me compré, en mi salida del domingo. Así que, teniendo las fotografías para ilustrar mi publicación, esto era lo que quería compartir hoy.
Ya decía en mi post de ayer que el autocuidado es una decisión personal y que es un compromiso con nosotras mismas al que no podemos faltar.
Parte del autocuidado implica cuidarnos tanto por dentro como por fuera, siempre manteniendo una relación equitativa, pues de nada sirve comprarnos cremas costosas y ser una mala persona, porque no hay nada en el mundo que pueda tapar eso o transformarlo. La belleza viene de adentro y se refleja en la mirada y en una sonrisa sincera.
En mi plan de autocuidado está el uso de las cremitas que me ayudan a mantener mi piel fresca e hidratada, hábito que mantengo desde hace tiempo y, ahora, mucho más que ya pasé los 50.

Today, I am back to share with you the new products I am using for the care and hydration of my facial skin.
Without me even thinking about it, this post seems like a continuation of the same theme that I have addressed in my last few posts.
It has been a nice coincidence that I realized a while ago, when reviewing my blog and my notebook where I organize the topics to publish, I remembered that I had not shared the creams I bought on my Sunday outing. So, having the pictures to illustrate my post, this is what I wanted to share today.
I already said in my yesterday's post that self-care is a personal decision and that it is a commitment to ourselves that we cannot fail to make.
Part of self-care involves taking care of ourselves both inside and out, always maintaining an equal relationship, because there is no point in buying expensive creams and being a bad person, because there is nothing in the world that can cover that up or transform it. Beauty comes from within and is reflected in the eyes and in a sincere smile.
In my self-care plan is the use of creams that help me keep my skin fresh and hydrated, a habit I have been keeping for a long time and, now, even more so since I am over 50.

No me puede faltar la crema hidratante porque mi piel la necesita constantemente, no solo para la cara, sino para todo el cuerpo.
De Venezuela, me traje la crema H de Pond´s, humectante con Filtro Solar, la de tapita morada que tenía en uso y una más para reponerla cuando esta se me acabara. Usé las dos, cuando se me terminaron, fui a una tienda de Farmatodo y decidí comprar una diferente. Esta vez, de la misma marca Pond´s, pero ahora como gel hidratante con más horas de hidratación.
En las fotos les muestro el frasquito terminado, entre tantas cosas, se me pasó hacerles la reseña de este gel, pero luego de haberla usado, les cuento que es muy buena, me dejaba la piel bien humectada, mas no grasosa, lo cual agradezco mucho, también me la dejaba muy suave y el aroma me encantaba.

From Venezuela, I brought Pond's H cream, moisturizer with sunscreen, the one with the purple cap that I had in use and one more to replace it when I ran out. I used both, and when I ran out, I went to a Farmatodo store and decided to buy a different one. This time, from the same brand Pond's, but now as a moisturizing gel with more hours of hydration.
In the pictures I show you the finished bottle, among so many things, I forgot to review this gel, but after having used it, I tell you that it is very good, it left my skin well moisturized, but not greasy, which I am very grateful for, it also left it very soft and I loved the scent.

Cuando les digo que no me puede faltar la crema hidratante es porque, de inmediato, mi piel se reseca, supongo que es por el clima, pues la temperatura es muy baja y hace demasiado frío aquí en Bogotá.
El domingo en la mañana me puse lo último que me quedaba de mi crema, así que para la tarde tenía que salir a comprar y tenerla a mano para hacerme el skincare de la noche.
Había pasado todo el día lloviendo, ya en la tarde la lluvia cedió un poco y aproveché para salir. Fui a un supermercado donde venden de todo y ahí encontré el gel hidratante, pero también estaban las cremas de la marca AMPM PLUS que quería probar desde hacía rato.
Después de pensarlo un buen rato, me decidí por la nueva marca porque además, había contorno de ojos para complementar mi rutina.
When I tell you that I can't miss my moisturizer it's because, immediately, my skin dries out, I guess it's because of the weather, since the temperature is very low and it's too cold here in Bogota.
Sunday morning I put on the last of my cream, so by the afternoon I had to go shopping and have it on hand to do my evening skincare.
It had been raining all day, but in the afternoon the rain let up a bit and I took the opportunity to go out. I went to a supermarket where they sell everything and there I found the moisturizing gel, but there were also the AMPM PLUS creams that I had been wanting to try for a while.
After thinking about it for a while, I decided to go for the new brand because there was also eye contour to complement my routine.

Me encanta esta crema hidratante, pues tiene una textura muy ligera, hidrata la piel y tiene ácido hialurónico. Además, me gusta mucho porque me matifica la piel del rostro y regula el exceso de grasa. Como un plus esta crema tiene protectores solares y vitamina E. La uso de día y de noche en toda la cara y en el cuello.
El contorno de ojos, también tiene ácido hialurónico y vitamina E, lo cual me gusta mucho porque de esta manera toda la piel se beneficia con los mismos ingredientes.
Este contorno de ojos da elasticidad y firmeza a esta parte de nuestros ojos que es tan delicada y frágil. Promete atenuar las bolsas y las ojeras y minimizar las líneas de expresión. Apenas, tengo casi una semana usándolo y estoy viendo resultados.
Espero que mi contorno de ojos mejore con el uso constante de esta cremita.

This eye contour gives elasticity and firmness to this part of our eyes that is so delicate and fragile. It promises to reduce puffiness and dark circles and minimize fine lines. I've only been using it for about a week and I'm seeing results.
I hope that my eye contour will improve with the constant use of this cream.
