Fishbowl Remodeling. Part II
Happy evening my people and I hope you had an excellent and restful weekend, today we had an afternoon of work because we continue with the remodeling of the fish tank, in my previous post I told you how my husband built the second part to make it bigger.
Today it was a little difficult to empty the tank that we already had to improve the walls and thus be able to join them to give it a better size.
The first thing we did was to find a place to put the fish because there are a lot of them, so we got a drum, filled it with water and the first thing we went through were the aquatic plants we have.
Remodelación de Pecera. Parte II.
Feliz noche mi gente y espero hayan tenido un excelente provechoso y descansado fin de semana, hoy estuvimos una tarde de trabajo pues seguimos con la remodelación de la pecera, en mi post anterior les conte como mi esposo construyo la segunda parte para hacerla mas grande.
Hoy toco una parte un poco difícil pues vaciar la pecera que ya teníamos para mejorar las paredes y así poder unirlas para darle un mejor tamaño.
Lo primero que hicimos fue buscar donde meter los peces porque son bastante, asi que conseguimos un tambor lo llenamos de agua y lo primero que fuimos pasando fueron las matas acuáticas que tenemos.
Los grandes se sacaron relativamente fácil, los medianos más o menos pero los bebes nos llevó horas y horas, ya por lo rápido los iba colocando en envases con agua, como estaba agachada se me agotaban las piernas me paraba daba una vuelta y volvía ellos se me escondían cuando ya pensaba que no había volvía a ver otro y otro.
As we could we grabbed him and put him in the water, we were happy because he started to swim but after half an hour we realized that he was floating, it really made us sad but it was because he was very stubborn.
Afterwards we began to remove all the water with a shovel and when it was empty my husband with a hammer began to break the wall that made the separation, so far it looks like this, it is not long now until the final result.
Como pudimos lo agarramos y lo metimos en agua nos alegramos porque empezó a nadar pero a la media hora nos dimos cuenta que estaba flotando de verdad que nos dio tristeza pero fue por ser muy terco.
Ya después se empezó a sacar toda el agua con una pala y al estar vacía mi esposo con un martillo empezó a romper el muro que hacia la separación hasta ahora se ve así, ya falta poco para el resultado final.
