Yesterday afternoon some cousins came to visit me at the house, they came with the intention of preparing a soup to taste on a warm Sunday; It was all very sudden, they had not told me anything and in the house I did not have any vegetables to make the soup. Ayer en la tarde unas primas vinieron a visitarme en la casa, llegaron con la intención de preparar una sopa para degustar en un calido domingo; todo fue muy repentino, no me habían avisado nada y en la casa no tenía nada de verduras para hacer la sopa.
Fortunately they came prepared, they brought everything necessary to make a great soup, since there are many of us who are going to eat and we all eat in large portions, that is why when we always invent a family meal, we have to make a large proportion of food for that reaches to satisfy all these stomachs 🙃. Por fortuna ellas vinieron preparadas, trajeron todo lo necesario para hacer una gran sopa, ya que somos muchos los que vamos a comer y todos comemos en grandes porciones, por eso siempre cuando inventamos una comida en familia hay que hacer una gran proporción de comida para que alcance a satisfacer todos estos estómagos 🙃.
After all the vegetables and dressings were chopped into small pieces and the meat was already cut, I put everything in the hole that had already been on the fire for a while, heating the water; The soup took about 3 hours to be just right. Después de que ya todas las verduras y aliños estaban picados en trozos pequeños y la carne ya estaba cortada, puse todo dentro de la hoya que ya tenía rato al fuego calentando el agua; la sopa tardo unas 3 horas para estar al punto perfecto.

It was time to eat, around 7:00 pm the soup was ready; What happens is that my cousins arrived at the house around 3:00 p.m. that's why we ate so late, but that soup was delicious, I ate two bowls and pray at this moment that I write this post I am heating what I stay for the soup for breakfast 🤪, grateful to my family who came to spend Sunday at the house. Ya era la hora de comer, como a las 7:00pm fue que estuvo la sopa; lo que pasa es que mis primas llegaron a la casa como a eso de las 3:00pm por eso fue que comimos tan tarde, pero estaba riquísima esa sopa, me comí dos tazones y orita en este momento que redacto este post estoy calentando lo que quedo de la sopa para desayunar 🤪, agradecido con mi familia que vinieron a pasar el domingo en la casa.
