Día de Catarsis actitud positiva en una situación difícil

Todos los días se presentan situaciones difíciles lo importante es la actitud con que se enfrente el problema como dice el dicho depende con el cristal con que lo mires la confianza y la madurez con que se enfrente este fin de semana tuve una especie de catarsis para liberar y súperar las emociones negativas tomando lo positivo de un fin de semana complicado me tocó respirar hondo y contar hasta diez para no colapsar cuando la vida te pone piedras en el camino.

Este fin de semana inicio con complicaciones me levanté bien temprano tenía que llevar a mi hija al curso sabatino de marketing digital empieza a las 8 de la mañana como vivo un poco retirado había que salir bien temprano además tenía un compromiso en la iglesia así que me aliste con una buena actitud lo que no sabía era que todo se iba a complicar cuando intenté prender el carro empezó a fallar yo no tengo conocimientos de mecánica pero si he visto al mecánico trabajar y he aprendido algunas cosas el tiempo corría se me hizo tarde y el carro no arrancó por un momento me moleste porque tenía compromisos que cumplir se me empezó acelerar el corazón ese sentimiento de impotencia molestia y la respectiva pregunta que hago?

This weekend started with complications I woke up early I had to take my daughter to the Saturday course of digital marketing starts at 8 am as I live a little retired I had to leave early and I had a commitment at the church so I got ready with a good attitude what I did not know was that everything was going to be complicated when I tried to start the car it started to fail. I have no knowledge of mechanics but I have seen the mechanic work and I have learned some things the time was running late and the car did not start for a moment I was upset because I had commitments to fulfill my heart began to accelerate that feeling of helplessness, annoyance and the respective question what do I do?

Mi respuesta ante esa situación fue decirle a mi hija que ya no da tiempo de llegar a clases tenía cara de frustración y eso también me afecta es imposible no verse afectado por las actitudes de otras personas me senté en el porche de la casa a pensar como solucionar así que llame a mi hermano que tiene una moto para ver si me podía llevar se me hizo tarde para llegar a la iglesia tampoco tenía efectivo con para cancelar el transporte público como tengo carro casi no lo uso así que cruce los dedos para que me diera una respuesta positiva pues gracias a Dios me llevo a la iglesia estar allí las emociones cambian y sientes paz en medio de la tormenta el problema sigue pero tú actitud es diferente.

My response to this situation was to tell my daughter that there was no time to get to class I had a frustrated face and that also affects me it is impossible not to be affected by the attitudes of other people I sat on the porch of the house to think about how to solve it so I called my brother who has a motorcycle to see if he could take me to church. I was late to get to church and I didn't have cash to pay for public transportation as I have a car I hardly use it so I crossed my fingers that he would give me a positive answer because thank God he took me to church being there the emotions change and you feel peace in the middle of the storm the problem continues but your attitude is different.

A pesar que tengo un problema empecé a ver lo positivo de la situación y salir adelante solucionando lo mejor pude cumplir mi compromiso de nada sirve nadar en contra de la corriente logré conseguir efectivo para regresar va casa tenía tanto tiempo que no usaba transporte público que no sabía cuánto costaba el pasaje lo positivo es que aprendí a usarlo nuevamente ya que por la pandemia todo había cambiado eso me hizo sentir bien darme cuenta que todo está volviendo a la normalidad ya puedo explicarle a mi hija la ruta que debe tomar.

Even though I have a problem, I started to see the positive side of the situation and to get ahead by solving the best I was able to fulfill my commitment it was useless to swim against the current I managed to get cash to return home I had not used public transportation for so long that I did not know how much the fare cost the positive thing is that I learned to use it again since everything had changed due to the pandemic that made me feel good to realize that everything is returning to normal now I can explain to my daughter the route she should take.

Otra situación positivo de lo negativo es que estire las piernas ya que camino 3 veces por semana para ayudar mi salud tengo los valores un poco alterados bueno me tocó caminar así que lo tome como mi ejercicio diario me detuve a tomar algunas fotos y a disfrutar los espacios no quise enfrasncarme en el problema y superar las emociones negativas liberando mis pensamientos todo ayuda a bien mañana será otro día para buscar la solucion a mi problema hay situaciones que escapan de nuestras manos de nada sirve llorar sobre lo mojado decia mi sabía madre lo importante es liberar las emociones negativas para dar paso a las positivas.

Another positive situation of the negative is that I stretch my legs since I walk 3 times a week to help my health I have a little altered values well I had to walk so I took it as my daily exercise I stopped to take some pictures and enjoy the spaces I did not want to get caught up in the problem and overcome the negative emotions releasing my thoughts everything helps well tomorrow will be another day to find the solution to my problem there are situations that are out of our hands nothing is worth crying over the wet my mother used to say the important thing is to release the negative emotions to make way for the positive ones.

La vida se presenta con momentos difíciles lo importante es ver lo positivo y el aprendizaje que deja para el crecimiento personal de cada uno al llegar a casa escuchar música es una buena opción para liberar tensiones a mi me resulta para cuidar mi mente.

Life presents itself with difficult moments, the important thing is to see the positive and the learning that it leaves for the personal growth of each one of us. When we get home, listening to music is a good option to release tensions, I find it helps me to take care of my mind.
