The file states that Ana Rosa Lopez was 19 years old when she moved in with Mario Lima, 38 years old, divorced and a National Guard policeman. It is written in some paragraphs that since they met, Mario did the impossible to conquer Ana Rosa, who at that time was studying in high school.

The file also shows that the neighbors reported the constant confrontations between Ana Rosa and Mario due to the jealousy of the man. It is on record that the affected woman reported several times the physical abuse and the innumerable verbal aggressions of which she was a victim. The aggressor, her partner, was never arrested by the justice system.
