Some days I train because I feel motivated… and some days I train because I refuse to give up on myself.
Life changed a lot after losing my husband. There were moments when I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to keep going, especially while trying to stay strong for my child. But little by little, I learned that healing also happens in silence, in routines, in small victories no one notices.
The gym became one of those places where I can clear my mind, breathe, and remind myself that I’m still building a future. Not just for today, but for the version of me that wants financial freedom, peace, and a life where I can spend more time with the people I love.
It’s not easy, but I’m proud that I haven’t stopped trying. 🤍
