Thirtyfor30: Life is not a race

I didn't realize how hard it is to write even a short blog daily until I vowed to do it and failed. LOL! 🤣 Well, I prepared my cover photos, a few of them, but the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong devoured all my energy and despite preparing for it, I didn't have the time and strength to write. I am back in the Philippines and picking up where I left off. So where were we?

"Hoy si Celia naa nay sakyanan, bag-o kaayo nya dako pa gyud."
"Si Amara kay bag-o ra gikasal nya murag buntis na pud."
"Nya katong si Darius bag-o ra nakapabalay, grabe gate pa lang, nindot na."
"Si Lorena kay naa naman diay sa gawas, grabe successful na kaayo siya didto."
"Diba mag-30 naman ka, kanus-a man ka kaslon?"
"Basin dili naka makaanak ana."

Whoever invented the idea that there's a prescribed one-size-fits-all timeline everyone should follow should be hanged to death. Crazy how at times we find ourselves listening to the noise surrounding us telling us that we aren't successful enough if we lack one thing or two. You can draw strength and inspiration from this noise but not to the point of being drowned. Not to the point of forgetting all the blessings and beautiful things you have. If you feel you're late for something, you are not. You were born to live not to chase other's definition of success. You define your success.
