Pasta is a world famous food, I do not know anyone, but absolutely no one who does not like it, with it we can quickly solve any of our meals and everyone is happy and satisfied, today is one of those days that I do not count With a lot of time to cook, I decided to prepare some macaroni with meat and vegetables, as always my nephew Diego asked to repeat and told me that he still had room for a little dessert.
Ingredientes:
400 qm. de macarrones1 rama de cebollín
Concentrado de tomate
2 ajíes dulce
1 zanahoria
1 berenjena
3 dientes de ajo
½ remolacha
Aceite onotado
Sal y pimienta al gusto
Agua cantidad necesaria
Ingredients:

1 branch of chives
Tomato concentrate
2 sweet peppers
1 carrot
1 eggplant
3 garlic cloves
½ beet
Achiote oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cocinamos los macarrones que nos queden al dentes.
We cook the macaroni that we have al dentes.
First we sauté the chives, garlic, chili peppers and aubergine. Eggplant is a product that is harvested a lot in my town and the one that makes the stews tells you, luckily everyone in the house likes it.
Agregamos la carne y salpimentamos
Add the meat and season
Add the tomato paste, the carrot and the striped beet, combine all the ingredients with a paddle and let it cook for 15 minutes.
