Cycling is a very popular name among today's youth.The sight of young people cycling through the city streets is easy to see.It is undoubtedly a good work and very beneficial for health.
A few days ago, some of my cousins came out with bicycles. None of them, though, can cycling well.I stood and watched them cycling and doing photography. They enjoyed it very much.
Although none of them could ride a cycle well, they all kept trying.
Another thing is, there was no air on the wheels of their bicycles. Even then they kept trying. When I grabbed the camera of the mobile phone towards them, they burst out laughing. And a few stood behind the camera.
Some parts of the road were submerged. They kept trying for a long time to cycling in that part. I also continued to enjoy with them.
Rather than lying around with a mobile phone all day, cycling is more important to them. And very beneficial for their health.
What are the health benefits of cycling?
- People who have diabetes need regular walking or exercise. Since cycling is an excellent exercise. So diabetic patients can do cycling to control diabetes.
- Since cycling involves physical exertion, it also reduces the risk of weight gain
- Regular cycling strengthens our leg muscles and waist muscles. Moreover, our body stays healthy.
If we cycling regularly, our mentality will be better. So we should all cycling for a while.
