Good day guys!
Here's my entry for Market Friday.
After coming from town, my family decided to buy vegetables in the satellite market of Camp 7. On our way back to our house, we decided to stop by this bakeshop called Cinnamon Bakeshop. In front of their building, you could see all the plants that they are selling. For some reason because of this quarantine, there are a lot of people who are growing and taking care of plants.
Before entering the bakeshop we saw all these signs regarding the Coronavirus and rules before entering. I like the sign that says " WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY TO ANYONE WHO DOESN'T FOLLOW RULES!!!". Before they let us in we had to log our name, address, temp and contact information in a log book. The guard would take your temperature and spray alcohol on your hands.
This bakeshop was like a mini convenience store selling different types of food, drinks, condiments soap and tissue.
They had different types of baked goods like ensaymada, oatmeal bar, cream cheese cinnamon roll, ube pandesal, apple cinnamon roll, ube loaf, supergrain, softroll, choco loaf, plain loaf and they also have cakes.
We bought their plain loaf bread because my mom loves it so much. This is how their counter looked like and that's my sister. There was a huge plastic barrier. They have a tray that they use where you put your cash upon paying. You can also find the prices of the cakes in the counter.
Their bread is actually tasty, though it may be more expensive than the usual prices of loaf bread, I think it's worth it. I also think that we should promote our local businesses by buying from our local stores especialy during this pandemic.
Thanks for reading and Stay safe always!
