Hello viewers. Today I will talk to you about my feeling of being pantabhat. The night suddenly felt very hot and I felt very hungry after waking up. So I wake up very early in the morning. Since I live in the village now, there was no good food shop here. There was no time to make breakfast so early in the morning. So I eat panta rice today.
Pantabhat is a common food in rural areas that is eaten by working people in low-income families and goes out to work. We know rice is all sugar. When water is added to rice, various fermenting bacteria or yeasts break down these sugars to form ethanol and lactic acid.
Pantabha contains more iron and calcium than rice. Beneficial bacteria are produced in the process of digestion in Pantabha which increases the digestion process in the body by playing Panta.
Research by the American Nutrition Association says that soaking rice in water multiplies the activity of some other enzymes, including stomach pancreatic amylase. Pantabhat is also a good source of vitamins B-6 and B-12. I ate panta rice today with dried chillies, salt and onion. The body really feels much better. I have never felt that way before.
