Looking at the farm from above at the moment might reveal a labyrinth like shape, or kind of a Swiss cheese if you will.
this is due to me cutting the grass selectively while leaving the areas with high concentration of Lupins to allow for a proper ripening of the seed pods.
why do I leave the Lupins to produce seed ?
it is because Lupins fix Nitrogen from the atmosphere into the soil and hence benefit plants all around them. by letting them seed properly, I ensure their return next season 🌱
