"Stubborn weeds are like challenges, not a necessity but important to human life." - Unknown
A wonderful hello to all the amazing people of the Hive! How are you today? It's been a while since my last post. I don't know, I felt like I'm out of motivation to write lately😂. Well most importantly, I hope that you are all fine and safe wherever you are.
In today's blog, I will be sharing with you my early routine this weekend. It had been raining for weeks in our place and luckily the king sun appeared brightly last Saturday. The surroundings had already been abandoned for weeks and the weeds seemed like enjoying the party😅.
Stubborn weeds in the yard are sometimes a headache for every household. As for me, I tend my yard and pulled out weeds by myself regularly. Unfortunately, the weather was unsupportive for the past weeks so the stubborn weeds thrive uncontrollably.
As I was looking at the weeds in my front yard, I was pondering why weeds keep on growing despite being pulled out every time. Why do they keep coming despite being unwanted? Well anyway, I started the early morning routine regardless of the muddy soil. Pulling them out with a bolo is much easier than looking at them, which will not make the job done of course😅.
Yes! I was sweating early in the morning after a pile of pulled-out weeds. Not bad to start a day! Hitting two birds with one bullet, cleaning plus exercise!🤩 Pulling weeds in the small front yard did not take long. And I saw myself as being productive already, I felt satisfied!
Looks better!🥰 Glancing at the pile of weeds, I realized that they always come back maybe because they made us go and pulled them out with our bolo which at the same time cultivated the soil, an essential routine for our ornaments and vegetable plants.
The same is through with our lives, if weeds are like challenges, they will always come to us to remind us to cultivate ourselves to become stronger and better every time.
SNACK TIME...
After all the sweating and productive routine, the stomach knocks for its share😂. Gladly, I had ripe bananas in the kitchen, a healthy ingredient for a morning snack!
I only peel enough bananas for a morning snack. I don't want to spoil our lunch😅. I will be cooking banana cue! 🤤
Wash with clean water!
Don't throw away the banana leftover. Put it in a pail and add water, cover it overnight and use it as fertilizer for your plants🤩.
Heat the pan!
Put cooking oil in the pan.
Get the prepared ingredients ready!
Fry the bananas till brown texture.
Set aside the fried bananas!
On the same cooking oil, put enough brown sugar! (Put the stove to low fire)
Wait till the sugar is melted. Do not overdo it or else the sugar will taste bitter. (Tip: If there is already melted sugar rising, you're good to go!)
Put all the fried bananas back to the pan to be coated with caramelized sugar!
Tadaah! Served hot and enjoy the yummy snack🥰🤤!
Truly an amazing morning, a yummy snack after a productive yard fishing!
I'll end it here for now my friends! Thanks for your time reading. I truly appreciate the outpouring love and support that you've been sharing. I am honored and grateful🥰!
God bless everyone! See you on my next blog. With love and best regards💞! See you around...
