Every day, I wake up early in the morning to exercise at Suan Luang Public Park. I believe that breakfast is an important meal and I make sure to prioritize it despite my busy schedule. Unlike most Thai people, who have more time to enjoy dinner after a day of work, I prefer to keep my dinner light as I don't want to put on excess weight.
I always stop by a dim sum restaurant nearby the park called "Boonrat Gold". It's well-known for its delicious dim sum, which was influenced by the Chinese who settled in Phuket. The city is home to many dim sum restaurants, a testament to the popularity of this cuisine among the locals.
I love to try different dishes every time I visit the restaurant, but my all-time favorite is the fish balls, shumai, and shrimp porridge. These dishes go perfectly with a cup of hot tea, making for a perfect breakfast experience.
I am grateful for the opportunity to have a nutritious and delicious breakfast, especially after my early morning exercise. It sets the tone for a productive day and gives me the energy and focus I need to tackle the challenges that lie ahead. That's why I firmly believe that breakfast is an important meal and should never be skipped.
