Many people say that it is a summer fruit jamrul but in our area jamrul fruit is almost always seen. Just a few days ago, three or four days ago, in our area, a few kilometers away from the house, I saw the Amrul tree. Tokai Tokai Jamrul has caught Jamrul.
Jamrul fruit is very beautiful to look at but if you eat it you can understand what it tastes like. In fact, there is no pleasure in eating jamrul fruit, there is no sweetness in pickled tea. To me, eating bay pangsha (not fun) fruit is very nice to see all around. I can't eat anything beautiful.
Jamrul is the first seasonal fruit to come in the market. Every year in the month of Magh-Chaitra March-April the Jamrul tree starts flowering and in the month of Baishakh-Jyastha May-June the ripe fruits are collected and Jamrul is available in the market till the middle of monsoon.

A kind of light green sweet fruit. Red Jamrul is also available. This fruit is also called Amruz in Dhaka language. Also known as white jam or mandala in some parts of the country. Trees are usually made from seeds, but if the stalks are cut and put in water, roots grow.

It grows in Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Samoa, Sri Lanka, Thailand etc. Jamrul is widely cultivated in the tropics. .
Immunity:
There is not much infestation of insects, spiders and diseases in Jamrul tree. Infestation of young leaf-eating insects is rare. In order to control them, 2 ml of Sumithion per liter of water should be mixed and sprayed on the affected plants.

Benefits
Reduces the risk of cancer: Jamrul contains vitamin C and flavonoids which prevent cell destruction in case of cancer and heart disease. The antioxidants in jamrul remove toxins from the body.
Increases immunity: Vitamin C makes immune leukocytes in the body. It protects against colds.
Increases the level of good cholesterol: Niacin in jamrul controls the production of cholesterol. Niacin raises good HDL cholesterol in the blood and lowers bad triglycerides.
Reduces the risk of stroke: Jamrul has low sodium and high HDL levels, so it controls blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke.
Increases digestion: Regular consumption of jamrul increases digestion in the stomach and helps in easy digestion of sugars, fats and proteins and controls body weight.
