How was your Saturday? Mine was really nice!
I went to a district where I hadn't been for months with my brother. It's called Karaköy and is filled with cute coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Also, it's one of the historical districts of Istanbul, and at this time of the year, it's usually full of tourists from all over the world.
We were walking across a street in Karaköy and we saw this picture in a coffee shop that says "Trust me, small talks are not healthy. Just don't." We found it so interesting and took a few pics. 😄
We then saw another picture with a similar text and realized that the cafe was full of these slogan-type texts.
We then decided to sit there as we really liked the vibe there :) I ordered an Ice Latte and my brother ordered a Strawberry Milkshake. They both were incredibly delicious! My brother said it was the best milkshake he had ever tasted. If you ever come to Istanbul, I highly recommend this cafe called "Ropi Karaköy".
After having drinks, we walked along the streets for a while until we got hungry.
For dinner, we sat at a restaurant called "Andrea". Again, highly recommended! I ordered Schnitzel which they served with an incredibly tasty potato salad. My brother ordered Frankfurter sausage. It was his first time trying it and he also loved the meal so much!
