Greetings Hive!
It was a pretty sunset over London. It has been a productive day of jogging - in just three weeks I have doubled my jogging time from 20 minutes to 40 minutes. That may not sound like much but when you take up a new routine that really works you then seeing the improvement like this is really positive progression. I feel like I have got the bug now ... I get up and I want to go jogging ๐
I think itโs a good bug to have!
